"Prukibio, the flour mill in Nérac, is an address like no other, with a production method as original as it is committed. Pascal Courtade, a market gardener and cereal producer, chose to transform his own wheat into organic flour. With his partner Agnès, they go even further: some of this flour is used to make tasty homemade pasta. Turmeric, Espelette pepper, beet, ginger and cocoa variants are a must. New: the Prukibox, pasta to be enjoyed on the spot, along the greenway, with refreshments.
