Jewel of the City of Albret, the Castle-Museum Henri IV takes up the challenge to make you discover an extraordinary heritage, combining great French History and small local history, within a preserved territory. Former royal residence of the Albret family, the building hosted, among others, the prestigious court of Henri de Navarre, future Henri IV, and his wife Marguerite de Valois, known as Queen Margot. The collections from the 16th to the 19th century allow visitors to discover the spirit of the Court of Navarre and daily life during the Renaissance.

Hôtesses d'accueil gentilles et souriantes. Visite ludique faite avec mes filles de 8 ans. Je leur ai pris le livret de jeux pour découvrir l'histoire du château sous forme de jeux. Elles ont passé un excellent moment !

No hay mucho que ver en el interior del castillo, pero el exterior es una preciosidad. El pueblo de Nerac merece sin duda una buena visita.

Joli petit village et restant de château, où l'on peut se replonger dans l'univers d'Henri IV.
Il ne reste plus grand chose des 4 ailes du ????,une seulement et très peu de mobilier.

Visite par temps de pluie pour être au sec. Le bâtiment n'a que peu d'intérêt mais pas mal de descriptions et d'histoires intéressantes ainsi qu'une belle exposition de tableaux et de vêtements
