Here, the cuisine of yesteryear rhymes with conviviality: old-fashioned mique, brioche bread baked in the broth of cabbage soup served with petit salé. For dessert, homemade pastries such as lemon tart or walnut mousse. Even the workers' menu offers a very good value for money with copious proportions. On y va la première fois pour sa mique délicieuse et terriblement généreuse mais on y retourne aussi pour l'ambiance du lieu qui est une véritable institution, pour les desserts maison et la gentillesse des patrons et du personnel. A ne pas manquer.
