Cass'Dale is a grocery store run by local producers: pork and poultry are prepared on the premises, as are walnut oil and fruit juices, all of which carry the AB label. Neighboring producers offer duck, Quercy lamb, dairy products (goat, cow)... Organic products also feature prominently: herbal teas and herbs, wines, spreads, soups, sauces, vegetables from Elogie et Julien in Bétaille or the GAEC du stade in Souillac.
