Truffes Passion is the place to discover all the facets of truffle growing through its culinary applications in Limogne-en-Quercy.
Marie-France Ourcival is Madame tuber melanosporum, the black Perigord truffle! Passionate about the black diamond, she takes visitors into the world of truffles and helps them discover their every secret. She guides the taste buds during dedicated days. The day starts early on the Limogne truffle market. In season (December to March), the visit continues in a truffle orchard where she gives a very precise demonstration of "cavage", with a dog trained for this purpose. On reservation, Marie-France offers a small tasting session.
