Wine is not just around Cahors. If you go to Bouriane, visit this gem of a hectare and a half, so that you can say that it is a very rare and rare production that produces passerillé wine. A regional specialty called "paillé wine" or "grenier wine". The grapes are dried before vinification. " A nectar for a hectare ", this could be the maxim of this vintage, aged in acacia, a revolutionary method experienced in only three farms in France. Sweet and sweet, red or white, he enjoys desserts, fatty livers or simply an aperitif. Martine and Christian Roch received the Prize Country Wine Prize, Tasting 2007. You can find this product on the markets in the region. Since 2010, this wine-growing couple has been awarded the "home winemaker" logo, guarantor… of a warm welcome.

I sought a mellow wine to accompany the superb jewel by goose foie gras from another local craftsman, when I fell on M.Roch on the market Roque Gageac. After tasting, I stayed enthralled, its wine is intense, fine, sweet and syrupy (ideal for my side) but especially, it has the advantage, not to saturate palace during a meal, such as the montbazillac, Sauternes and colleagues.

During christmas, I made the envious of my foie gras and this wine.

This nectar is a real pleasure that I can only strongly recommend, even if I would not scream it too strong, given the small production, I still make a point of having some during my passage in the Dordogne for my holidays.
