Gourdon's Centre d'Interprétation de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine (Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Center), where you can discover the town's illustrated history.

Dating back to the 15th century, the Maison du Sénéchal is Gourdon's architecture and heritage interpretation center. Here you can discover the town's illustrated history, as well as a model of the castle, a historical fresco, objects and digital media to discover the town's archives. A subtitled video tells the story of local poet Pierre Pélissier, inventor of sign language. Part of a late 15th-century mural shows elements rare for this type of work. An enriching visit.
