In April 2025, Marianne and Thierry, passionate restaurateurs for 30 years, opened Le Flore, a lovely restaurant nestled in the countryside near Monségur. In this light-filled wooden building, the terrace offers a soothing view of the surrounding countryside. Marianne's welcome in the dining room immediately puts you at ease, as you indulge in traditional cuisine with generous accents: green lentil salad and smoked salmon, duck leg confit with orange, pineapple rum baba.
