Discover the prehistoric life of the last Neanderthals and the first modern men.

Pays Bourian is home to a unique archaeological site, excavated since 1958, which is world-renowned for demonstrating the coexistence of Neanderthal and Cro-Magnon man. The site bears witness to the occupations of Paleolithic hunter-gatherers. The tour invites you to take an immersive stroll through the lives of the last Neanderthals and the first Homo sapiens. Educational workshops are also available for children, covering a wide range of themes including jewelry, music and much more.

Petit musée super bien tenu, très interessant à visiter. Je conseille les activitées ludiques, vraiment sympa pour les enfants mais ausimsi pour les adultes. De plus on peut toucher des vrais manufacts ancien.

Nous avons participé aux ateliers du matin avec les enfants. Super expérience sur la préhistoire, très pédagogique et ludique.
Nous avons tellement adoré notre premier atelier sur la chasse que nous y sommes retournés une seconde fois pour l'atelier archéologie.

Visite ce matin à la Maison du Piage avec des jeunes adolescents : accueil chaleureux et accompagnement par une passionnée pédagogue que ce soit pour la partie musée ou la partie atelier "fouille".

Nous avons passé une matinée très sympa en compagnie d'une intervenante passionnée et passionnante. Les ateliers sont très intéressants. Petits et grands avons appris plein de choses. Merci d'avoir pris sur votre temps en ayant rajouté l'activité "feu" en plus de celle de la fouille. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Musée à taille humaine sympathique avec un contenu de qualité. La présentation faite par Louise est très enrichissante. Les activités proposées pour les jeunes sont top ! A ne pas rater quand on passe quelques jours dans la région !
