FERME DE VANADAL
Benjamin Zimra is a peasant distiller. His world is composed of plants, essential oils and hydrolats. In his farm of Vanadale in Escamps, he cultivates 7 different plants in organic farming: thyme thymol, pyramidal rosemary, mountain savory, carva oregano, clary sage, maillette lavender and Italian or immortal helycrisis. Inexhaustible on the properties of his plants, Benjamin knows their specificities at his fingertips. It only distills plants that grow in the Lot and only in organic farming. He grows, harvests, distils and sells his produce at home on the farm or at the markets of Lalbenque and Limogne. He also likes to share his know-how, notably through visits to his farm. It offers for sale essential oils but also hydrolats, herbal teas, oils, shower gels, shampoos, etc..
