In winter, Olivier distills for private customers as well as for himself: it's in summer that liqueurs, aperitifs and eaux-de-vie are available for sale. Once the still has been put away, the plums, Agen prunes, pears, reines-claudes... are ready to be tasted. A fascinating encounter.
