Situated on the Lot heights, Oltis is a medieval tavern with a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view over the Lot valley. On the menu, a farandole of savoury pancakes and sweet pancakes, gourmet plates of cheese, charcuterie and local produce, not forgetting some classics from the South-West: duck confit and foie gras. Nous avions pris une galette à la raclette et un menu « La Commanderie », et en dessert, une crêpe « La Gourmandine » ainsi que « La Tropicale ».
Le seul inconvénient — et vraiment insupportable — dans ce restaurant, ce sont les mouches qui vous attaquent au moindre mouvement.
Il faudrait vraiment investir dans des moustiquaires, car c’était franchement invivable.
Cependant, si vous vous attendez à déguster des galettes / crêpes / cidre Breton, vous en êtes très loin. Les galettes bien que garnis restent épaisse et faible en beurre. La crêpe beurre et sucre était sec et manquait également cruellement de beurre, de plus le cidre était normand et manquant donc de goût notamment le goût de pommes.
En bref, un restaurant ou vous passerez un bon moment, ou l’estomac sera rempli mais cependant rien d’exceptionnel
