This traditional festival, organized by the association of Quercy saffron producers, combines flowers and gastronomy. Les Safraniers du Quercy welcome you to learn all about the cultivation of this small violet flower, from planting to harvesting, from pruning to gastronomy. You'll be able to taste saffron in its many uses: aperitifs, savoury and sweet products. It's also an opportunity to visit the saffron farms and fill your basket with local saffron products!
