Selected by the Bonnes Tables du Lot, Le Vinois is located in the heart of the vineyard, but not far from Cahors, and offers a chic and contemporary setting for the chef's cuisine. Indeed, Thomas Joanny proposes recipes where he marries the flavors of the Lot with those of his many travels: the tournedos of beef with porcini mushrooms from Corrèze and pommes dauphine with panko are a good example.
