In Moirax, the starred Benjamin Toursel proposes a high-flying cuisine where he magnifies the gastronomy in this small corner of Gascony.

Michelin-star Benjamin Toursel magnifies gastronomy. What a culinary symphony in this inn, ideally decorated to complement the Chef's work! The titles go hand in hand. Green asparagus, tarragon and fir for starters. The main course features lamb fillet, coriander yoghurt, almond praline, dates, grapefruit and chickpea flour polenta. To finish, seasonal strawberries with arugula pesto, tomato condiment, basil coulis and milky mousse. Benjamin's wife Agathe's service adds the finishing touch. Great art.

Menu d'automne excellent et original avec son dessert aux cèpes par exemple. Accueil très chaleureux et possibilité de composer. De retour. Toujours aussi excellent. Repas pris en terrasse très agréable. Mes invités étaient satisfaits. Le service impeccable. Merci au Chef Toursel et à Mme Toursel et à l'équipe.

Als je wil genieten van een fijne keuken in een leuk kader, dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. We konden genieten van een ruime tafel op het grote terras. Alle tafels staan ver uit elkaar, dus veel privacy. We komen hier ook graag terug voor de zeer verfijnde keuken. Een welkomsthapje maakt het wachten aangenaam. We kozen voor het lunchmenu. Zonder meer een streling van onze smaakpapillen.
