Settled on the pretty shaded terrace or in the elegant room where exposed stones decorate a section of wall, you will enjoy a kitchen with gastronomic ambitions. Two menus to choose from. For starters, imagine a fricassee of lamb sweetbreads or a terrine of duck foie gras. Continue with braised veal chuck or pigeon roasted in bacon or the back of cod roasted on its skin. Finish with the pineapple shortbread tart poached with sweet spices and its mascarpone ice cream. A very good table renowned in the region. Don't forget to reserve!
