Restaurant offering an authentic experience, a modern update in Alvignac.

Célia, Robin and Adrien have made a name for themselves behind the enigmatic Ernestine, offering explosive, authentic cuisine thanks to their experience at Ducasse, in Australia and in Japan. In the end, the trio harmonizes perfectly with Célia in the dining room and the boys in the kitchen, who like to work with seasonal produce: grilled beef chuck with gochujang sauce, hake and onion stuffed with fennel compote in winter, and Oriental-style lamb in summer. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, as are the dishes served!

Plats préparés et dressés avec soin. Une belle salle et une ambiance chaleureuse accentuée par le fait que la cuisine soit ouverte sur la salle. De plus, le chef vient vous servir en personne ses plats, on se sent comme à la maison.
