In this charming little hamlet, Laurent, Anthony and their team bake a wide variety of traditional and organic breads twice a week. Here, everyone pitches in to knead, weigh, roll and shape the dough. Before being put into the large wood-fired oven, the loaves are gilded, chiselled, pushed and then lined up. And there's more to come, because while one batch is baking, another is being prepared. In addition to a wide range of classic breads, they have expanded the range with speciality breads, some of which have never been made before: meteil bread (half rye and half wheat), corn bread (excellent with foie gras), olive bread (cubed for aperitifs) and brioche bread (raisin or chocolate/orange). Other sweet treats such as shortbread, almond croquets, chaparettes (a toy speciality) and croustades are on sale directly from the bakery. Come and visit this artisan bakery when it's open - it's well worth the detour, and you'll always receive a warm welcome.

Pour les pains, le constat est conforme à votre description. Pour les viennoiseries et gâteaux, le rendu gustatif et la consistance sont sabotés par la matière grasse utilisée: que l'huile de tournesol! En quantité excessive: c'est indigeste au possible et déplacé pour des produits du terroir.
