This well known and appreciated address in Tarbes gives directly on the market place. Here, one discusses bullfighting and "muleta", the two passions of the owner, Christian Garcia. The setting is a mixture of Spanish and rustic style with its red benches and wooden beams. We come back for the salad with hot mottin (local cow's cheese), the classic duck aiguillettes, or the grilled lamb served with Tarbais beans. A menu of pizzas to take away or to eat on the spot ensures variety.

Restaurant sympa qui propose des plats simples mais bons. Les prix sont corrects et la quantitée dans les assiettes également. Le serveur fait un bon travail, merci à lui pour le service et sa gentillesse.
