Tapas, healthy bowl and creative cuisine in a lively restaurant in Tarbes.

L'Etal 36 is one of the favorite addresses of the Tarbais, day and night. A coffee, a concert, a sporting event, from breakfast to aperitif, the atmosphere is never the same. The room reminds Spain with its long wooden tables. On the land or sea side, the dishes are delicate and creative, the tapas revisit the genre with brilliance and we fall in love with almost everything: the burgers, the healthy bowl, the breakfast, the menu of small hungers at any time... The chef unleashes his creativity in the kitchen and invites us to come back very often!

Habitants sur Pau, nous apprécions de trouver un restaurant ouvert 7/7 et tard le soir après une représentation au théâtre des nouveautés. Nous apprécions la chaleur de l'accueil et une cuisine réalisée avec des produits frais, avec une vrai option végétarienne. L'ambiance peut être très chaleureuse lorsque le rugby débarque, mais c'est pour ça qu'on aime vivre dans notre sud-ouest.

Les croquetas à la sauce chili douce thaïlandaise et les chipirons chorizo et poivrons sont corrects.

Le pavé de truite sauce asiatique est délicieux mais je ne suis pas fan de la piperade ????
