Fresh products are favoured by a bold chef who reserves beautiful innovations such as the Burger Ardoaz: cereal bread, onion compote, bacon, sheep's cheese and steak, excellent. We appreciate the chipirons, the rich parillada of pig or the trout steak accompanied by a pumpkin purée, beautiful creations.
