Attached to fresh products, the chef revisits them to create an exquisite symphony that follows the seasons. The duck pastilla is a wrapped parmentier, sublimated by a spicy juice that we recommend, but you will also find beautiful proposals such as the aiguillettes accompanied by fresh liver and a sweet sauce, or the duck breast.

Pour un service de restaurant ça commmençais a faire un peu long
L entree tres correct maleureusement le croustillant etais froid
Le plat etais super mais seulement le canard etais tres sec il aurait fallu le faire en effiloché ? Et le mélanger avec un peu de son jus pour le rendre mon sec en sorti de plus son jus etais exellent
Pour le dessert je me suis arreter au fromage
Le menu a 28 € etais complet je reviendrai bien reprendre le menu en esperant peut etre ameiliorer la cuisson du cannard pour la rendre moin sèche
