Near the Madiran vineyards, in this vast renovated house, Anne-Michèle and Nicolas offer in addition to their guest rooms a semi-gastronomic restaurant. The restaurant serves regional cuisine with a special emphasis on home-made foie gras. More original, the chef has made a specialty of fresh pasta. These delicacies are accompanied by a wine of character of which Madiran has the secret. L'Adourable Auberge has all the signs of a good stopover, thanks to its reasonable prices, careful cooking and a truly impeccable welcome.
