Denis Sost invites you to share the past, discover the present and imagine the future… In the farmhouse of the upper Barousse valley, you will be able to discover with its herd, discover the manufacture of cheese, of trafficking in the cellar, until tasting. Sheep and lambs, cows and small calves welcome you winter, warm, and the good hay of spring in autumn. In summer, you can visit them on their daily journey from the farm to the mountain pastures with their shepherds. The farm's reception room offers its tasting of cheese (cow, sheep, mixed) of Barousse, matoun (boiled small milk), pork charcuterie and other farm products.
