Gastronomic restaurant offering traditional and original cuisine, and a menu of fresh and local products.

Annabelle Boat's inventive cuisine favors local and seasonal products, revisited with a touch of audacity, such as this pan-seared foie gras, passion fruit cornette wok, creamy tapioca, yuzu crisp, cocoa nibs and this filet of duckling lacquered with honey, ginger vegetables, fresh goat's cheese, red wine sauce. Homemade food makes perfect sense, as the restaurant has its own vegetable and herb garden. The pleasure of returning is all the greater given the frequent changes to the menu. A fine dining experience in elegant surroundings.

Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant pour la troisième fois. Nous n'avons pas été déçus: tout était très agréable et les goûts très équilibrés. Un grand merci pour le dessert aux pistaches et chocolat noir, une vraie merveille! La preuve que tout est fait maison, il a été fait sur le moment à ma demande. Nous avons accompagné le tout d'un vin bio "Les hauts de Riquet" vraiment excellent. Nous reviendrons.
