From the brewery, it has kept the small prices and fast service, from traditional cuisine it perpetuates its generous and tasty dishes: The Market Bistrot is finally good! Its terrace facing the Pyrenees ensures a real moment of relaxation, at the entrance to Bagnères-de-Bigorre and also the supermarket. Here the service is at the plate and the card changes at the rhythm of the seasons, every three months, with beautiful specialties of grilled and meats but also salads, pasta or seafood products rather attractive like the fish papillotes. A bistro card with crumbs, omelets, salads or chopped steaks completes the offer. Gourmets are happy as the restaurant also serves as a tea room in the afternoon, so that cakes, pastries and desserts are worth a visit! The framework is modern and welcoming, the efficient formula and impeccable service: to regenerate without ruining is still possible!
