This village with a unique charm conceals many mysteries. The first thing that will impress you are its two bell towers. Between legend and reality, no one really knows why, if one is logically located at the church, the other one tops the school. Pouzac was the first village in France to introduce free schooling well before 1881. The village was famous for the cultivation of a large green apple streaked with red, which has almost disappeared. Its wood runs all the way to the Chiroulet, its jambonade is much awaited every summer, and to find out why its inhabitants are nicknamed the Micoutes, we leave you the pleasure of walking through Pouzac and its enigmas.
