Local cuisine to enjoy in a restaurant with terrace in Pierrefitte-Nestalas.
This is a completely unusual address that offers two completely different rooms and atmospheres in the same place, one at noon and the other in the evening. The restaurant is that of the Grand Hôtel de France, so much so that, in the image of its remarkable architecture, nothing is left to chance here: the enchantment lies first and foremost in the setting... which is incredible. The walls of the large room are majestic with exposed beams on the ceiling, wooden furniture and some rustic decoration pieces. An elegant style that the grill and its stones offer in a more relaxed way at lunchtime. Between the two, a very large stone paved terrace with a magnificent Andalusian fountain. The menu is resolutely local, highlighting and enhancing local specialities with real talent: velvety in winter, garbure, gizzard salad, duck breast, confit, trout from the Pyrenees, lamb chops... It is the whole department that can be found on the plate up to the desserts with, of course, local cheese ! If you prefer a lemon meringue pie, don't hesitate, it's perfect here. A service that is just as friendly and a warm welcome, a beautiful address, at any time of the day or night!

Cadre sublime
Les - : les plats insipides, aucun goût, de la salade sans assainissement, des pâtes en accompagnement sèches et à l'huile.
Mes amis ont pris une côte à l'os 65€ pour deux la viande était très grasse et pas assaisonnée, seule la cuisson était maîtrisée
En faisant part de ces remarques à la (serveuse?) Elle nous répond de manière irrespectueuse comme si c'était de notre faute !! Le geste commercial était cependant à la hauteur de nos espérances, un bonbon ???? littéralement ....
L'employée nous dit qu'elle n'est qu'une employée et ne peut rien faire enfin si elle aurait pu nous offrir un dessert mais pour ça encore fallait-il prendre un dessert et deviner qu'elle allait nous l'offrir....
Suite à son manque de respect évident, nous demandons à voir la direction qui n'est évidemment pas présente
Nous partons, elle nous rattrape pour nous demander pourquoi et continuer de nous parler avec une bienveillance inexistante
Fuyez cet établissement qui ne respecte ni les aliments, ni ses propres clients
Cadre authentique et soigné.
