This place has been a great success and has quickly become a must-see address. Adeline and Jérôme have taken over this beautiful establishment located in the heart of the village. The chef likes to reinvent traditional cuisine, like this duck tatin with duck shreds, onion confit and dried duck breast. Don't hesitate to try the filet mignon of pork with bread and honey or the fondue of tomme de Barousse. The meats come from the valley.
