The chef likes to reinvent traditional cuisine, like this duck tatin with duck shreds, onion confit and dried duck breast. Don't hesitate to try the filet mignon of pork with bread and honey or the fondue of tomme de Barousse. The meats come from the valley.

Quelle fût notre surprise par l'accueil et le choix des plats proposés.
J'ai choisi le sanglier à la crème de marron et miel. Une tuerie ! Très tendre comme de la joue de bœuf accompagné de frites maison et petits légumes dans une assiette généreuse.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse et le rapport qualité/prix est incomparable.
Je reviendrai dans ce restaurant quand je serai dans la région.
