At the end of the little cul-de-sac opposite the town hall, Confiserie des Gaves revives the flavors of yesteryear with its handcrafted sweets. The establishment is renowned for its respect for traditional know-how. It offers a wide range of sweets: fruity, chocolate or almond-flavored Gave pebbles, sweets made with local honey, pine sap, violets and blueberries, mint pastilles and old-fashioned "pyréline" pralines.
