This brightly colored store on the outskirts of the Sanctuary is a real treat for the eyes. The shelves are overflowing with sweets, cakes and cookies. The specialty is the traditionally made shortbread and filled cookies with chocolate chips, fruit, or caramel. The navettes simply flavored with orange blossom are irresistible, but they are closely rivaled by nougats and caramels, in papillotes or squares. Marshmallows, caramelized almonds, organic spreads and meringues complete the range.
