Restaurant and bar offering typical Pyrenean and Southern Italian dishes and authentic Italian coffee in Lourdes

The entrance is through the sumptuous door of the Grand Hôtel Moderne. In the great hall, the high wooden ceiling, majestic columns and wooden furniture are signs of a certain prestige. Mobile fireplaces are available for added comfort. The visual appeal of the plates is impeccable. Dishes are typical of the Pyrenees or southern Italy. The lasagne bolognaise is well garnished and perfectly crisp. To prolong the meal, the bar offers authentic Italian coffee or a local digestif.

In uno degli hotel storici più eleganti di Lourdes, uno chef italiano presenta una squisita cucina italiana che è difficile da trovare da queste parti. Ossobuco con i piselli, agnolotti ricotta e spinaci in burro e salvia, crumble di mele era l' ottimo menù del giorno a 35 euro, ma ovviamente, il ristorante propone un ampio menù a la carte.
Nella sala ristorante si respira una gradevole aria retro' , tra soffitti e boiserie di legno, colonne , tendaggi e lampadari liberty.
Un solo rammarico: non avere scelto di soggiornare qui durante il nostro viaggio a Lourdes.
