Formerly the restaurant's head chef, Rémi naturally took over the management this year. The restaurant, with its three dining rooms, offers a friendly, discreet atmosphere. The welcome is enthusiastic. The decor features works by Pyrenean artists. Simplicity, quality and efficiency are the watchwords both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Meat is cooked over an open fire, with a maturing fridge on display in the dining room. Dishes are generous and feature local produce. The "assiette gourmande" (gourmet plate) allows you to indulge in a single combined dish.
