Since 1972, pigs have been bred in Gardères. With the help of a team of enthusiasts, Cathy and Francis Curbet offer you quality charcuterie, family-style preserves and farm-fresh meat all year round. You'll find these products in the farm store, or at the Tarbes and Argelès-Gazost markets. An online farm drive is also available for you to order. Farm visits and charcuterie tastings can be arranged by appointment.
