After booking 3 weeks in advance we were not expected, the father had left on holiday and her daughter not with the current, we had exchanged by email with it and were sent down payments. However it is sold in 4 to give us satisfaction (we did not expect less). We located in another building (dormitory instead of room) due to extinct heating. He made us pay accordingly.
