Since 2018, the Auberge, run by Frédérique and Julien, has been a real gourmet break in the heart of the Aure Valley. The duo, enriched by their diverse travels and experiences, honor a cuisine that's both modern and traditional, reflecting the four seasons and celebrating local produce: porc noir de Bigorre, Pyrenean lamb, trout from Lac d'Oô, and more. For them, the direct link with local producers and the promotion of their know-how are fundamental. The inn is a place of authentic conviviality, open all year round.
