Creative cuisine in an inn in Aulon, one of the most divine tables in the valley.

Since 2018, the Auberge, run by Frédérique and Julien, has been a real gourmet break in the heart of the Aure Valley. The duo, enriched by their diverse travels and experiences, honor a cuisine that's both modern and traditional, reflecting the four seasons and celebrating local produce: porc noir de Bigorre, Pyrenean lamb, trout from Lac d'Oô, and more. For them, the direct link with local producers and the promotion of their know-how are fundamental. The inn is a place of authentic conviviality, open all year round.

Repas excellent, ambiance jazz parfaite, cadre sublime , la charmante jeune femme au service est une pépite, gracieuse, aimable, connaissance parfaite des plats et des vins. Au vu de cet excellent repas la visite du Chef serait la bienvenue en salle pour découvrir ce peintre culinaire.
