This charming family-run hotel, located at the foot of the Massif du Pibeste Nature Reserve, has become a vast 55-room caravanserai. The inn is splendid, and in addition to its comfort and modern rooms, we love the balconies offering marvellous views of the snow-capped peaks. The swimming pool, covered in winter and heated all year round, is a real plus. The same attention is paid to detail in the restaurant, which offers resolutely local dishes prepared with products sourced from the best local suppliers. On the menu, foie gras, porcini mushrooms or duck breast.
