Opened in 1962, it was taken over in 2017. It provides some of the most prestigious restaurants. In the showcase, you will discover products from producers of cows of old breeds, whose taste for the trade gives the terroir its letters of nobility. Located in Aveyron, the farms respect the tradition of transhumance, it is the guarantee of a tasty meat. It is one of the last companies to offer 100% French tripe and delicatessen products.
