She works regularly with the same producers and follows the same brands, such as Jacques Barthouil in the Landes, for smoked salmon, tarama and duck, Infinite for the caviar of the Pyrenees, Olivier Roellinger for spices and gourmet boxes, Castelas olive oils… Florence Grimm also has a cellar, for fine deals and wines!

Si vous cherchez la qualité et l'accueil, c'est ici qu'il faut aller! Petite épicerie fine qui propose à mon avis le meilleur saumon fumé (Maison Bartouille) de la région toulousaine. On y trouve aussi de la truffe premier choix, les cornichons "Marc" 100% et même des sauces japonaise artisanales... Je conseille sans hésiter.
