And then Zaza is a coffee shop set in a gallery where zero waste and zero plastic are the order of the day. In this cheerful and colorful place, come and enjoy a good coffee from Ethiopia or El Salvador, fair trade of course. At lunchtime, savoury dishes feature seasonal fruit and vegetables, washed down with local organic beer. Vegetarian values are also emphasized. The pastries are gourmet and the brunch generous, but gluten-free and lactose-free. No one is forgotten!
