Incontournable, il y a toujours de l'ambiance dans ce bar où la musique, la fête et la bonne humeur sont arrosées de boissons à l'excellent rapport qualité/prix.
unmissable in Toulouse! you can take a drink and sit on the pont neuf! very pleasant at any time! the bar is a little small, especially as it is one make unmissable Toulouse night birds!
The filochard is part of the " category; bar that colle" ! , Many people in a very small space, consumption is reversed quickly... and that sticks! Me, I find rather nice, especially as the ti'punch is not expensive and control. On the other hand when I go there at peak times, I know that it will take me ten minutes to arrive at the bar and me served and meanwhile I will have met at least 10 people. In short, if you are looking for an intimate place, it is not. If you want to have fun and to unwind, you can get there
Background music and Ti treacherous rum. Not expensive and heterogeneous population. No muddle and privacy invites you to meetings and say it: the filochard is not meant for the stuck agoraphobia or sufferers. I will say one of the best of Toulouse.
