L'eau chaude se fait attendre pour la douche, compter 2-3 minutes si vous n'aimez pas les douches fraiches de bon matin.
Niveau insonorisation on repassera ou alors il faudrait demander aux personnes squattant les parties communes de baisser le volume de leur conversation à partir de 23h00-00h00. Mais le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner excellent. Ca rattrape le tout :)
