Dommage je n'ai pu eu l'occasion de manger dans ce restaurant étoilé qui est fermé le samedi et dimanche!!! C'est quand même le comble ,un restaurant qui est fermé quand les gens sortent et veulent passer une bonne soirée ! La réceptionniste m'a dit que les employés voulaient avoir leur week end, visiblement ils ne connaissent pas le roulement des équipes. Heureusement que les hospitaux et beaucoup d'autres professions ne font pas pareil! Je trouverais un autre restaurant mais vous venez de perdre une table de 14 x 180 euros plus le vin, faites le calcul!

Une parenthèse gastronomique enchantée ! Le menu "spectacle" porte bien son nom ; les plats sont exceptionnels, les saveurs incroyables. L'accord mets-vins vient parachever cette expérience culinaire hors du commun. Le service est évidemment aux petits soins. Un moment rare dont je me souviendrai !
