Restaurant offering good food and cheap products.

A good broth is the most addictive regressive entry there is. Bastien Vayssière understood this when he opened his restaurant with a family kitchen, where scoundrel dishes are the order of the day, to the great satisfaction of the clientele of lawyers who hang out at lunchtime around the Carmelite market. The lunch break is not only reserved for guests of the Toulouse Law Courts, but also for lovers of good food and good value for money. Finally, all those who are not reluctant to have a few fat eyes on the surface of their... bouillon. Thursday evening scaling evening, brandade, cassoulets, snails galore, lotto or bingo evenings... Bouillon is the best.

Nous y sommes allés entre amis un soir de semaine. Nous avons pris des plats différents et tous étaient bon, les produits était frais, mais globalement pas très copieux. (Hormis le Tataki de thon)
Les desserts quand à eux étaient copieux et très bon.

La déco est style années 70, façons bistrot, pas de prise de tête.

Plats simples, certains type cuisine de ma grand mère. Bons produits. Vins à prix doux. Note finale peu élevée. Accueil sympa. Adresse qu'on fréquente régulièrement depuis qu'on l'a découverte.
