Restaurant offering good food and cheap products.
A good broth is the most addictive regressive entry there is. Bastien Vayssière understood this when he opened his restaurant with a family kitchen, where scoundrel dishes are the order of the day, to the great satisfaction of the clientele of lawyers who hang out at lunchtime around the Carmelite market. The lunch break is not only reserved for guests of the Toulouse Law Courts, but also for lovers of good food and good value for money. Finally, all those who are not reluctant to have a few fat eyes on the surface of their... bouillon. Thursday evening scaling evening, brandade, cassoulets, snails galore, lotto or bingo evenings... Bouillon is the best.

N’a rien d’un bouillon mis à part la cacophonie dans la salle du fond.
Rien ne justifie de si arreter.
On trouve bien mieux ailleurs pour le même budget.
Dîner délicieux.
