In the Chalets district of Toulouse, the Chevaliers du Fiel have opened their restaurant with a promising name: Le Jardin. Located just a stone's throw from the Théâtre de La Comédie de Toulouse, this beautiful Toulousan house with its undeniable charm hides a garden in the backyard that will delight diners in fine weather. Some 120 guests are expected on show nights, but the place is open to all! In the kitchen: students from the hotel management school, who have been commissioned to draw up the tapas menu.
