La Maréchale occupy the cellars of a former 13th-century priory. The incredibly warm and intimate setting, laid out under the typically Toulousan foraine brickwork, contributes to the gustatory pleasure of refined gastronomy based on regional recipes. Cassoulet, of course, is a must on the menu! Tasty dishes and desserts from the chef's imagination! In fine weather, you can enjoy the pleasant patio.

Nous sommes venus dans votre restaurant dit gastronomique mais c est loin d être le cas. Vous en êtes très loin. Service très long attente très importante entre l entrée et le plat principal.Menu pas à la hauteur du prix. Foie gras avec une tranche de pain toastée ( mais molle). Filet mignon tendre (mais au final élastique) dessert autour de la pomme (dessert classique et sans surprise). Au final très déçu et on ne recommandera pas.
