Newcomer, l'Alouette is a small restaurant that offers some tables in the dining room, the others on a sheltered terrace. Its credo: to bring together the best of the Victor Hugo market products located just across the street, this "Toulouse belly" that makes gourmets happy. Un vrai bon moment ! Nous nous sommes régalés avec la tête de veau et les joues de bœuf au comptoir avec vue sur la cuisine. Les chefs s obligent à servir de très bons produits et soignent la cuisson. Merci à toute l équipe pour votre sens du service et pour votre accueil. Nous recommandons cet établissement situé en plein centre de Toulouse.
