Make a stop in the Carmes district next to the newly renovated Place du Salin: this is where you will find Notes et Saveurs. It's a nice little three-in-one establishment. It's an aptly named grocery store since it offers more than one hundred and twenty spice references. At lunchtime, it's a restaurant with an inspired menu that changes every week: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, finely prepared and with amazing flavours. You will be wonderfully advised on the cellar side, since in the evening, Notes et Saveurs becomes a wine bar. A very rich menu, skilfully crafted, bears witness to this. To sum up, it's nice, you're well received and you'll enjoy it: run for it!

Très bon accueil et la nourriture succulente !!!!! Velouté de topinambour, risottos à l'encrrbde sèche et poulpe et un paris Brest noisette raisin, frais, bon fait maison. Je recommande sans hésiter....
