In the lively Peyrolières street, between the Capitole and the Daurade, the Boca is a concept of bar that the Spanish are familiar with: A mini-sandwiches bar! Here you forget the English-style sandwich club or the half-winged ham chewing ham to the Parisians. The "boils" offered are small breads of tapas inspiration (bocadillos), revisited with taste of French papilla. The most varied linings are deposited on a bed of rockets: various cheeses or delicacies of course, but also caviar of eggplant, tapenade, tuna, chicken, hummus, dried tomatoes, onion confit… Many compositions are available, including in sweet version with caramel, peanut butter or hazelnut paste… Want to vary pleasures? You can also order a cheese/charcuterie board, crisp tortillas from cheddar, tortillas, ice cream… Many animations are offered. Mais l'autre jour j'ai découvert leur nouveau brunch du dimanche et... ????.
Sérieusement, il faut essayer ces churros maison avec leur chocolat épais.

Gran variedad de montaditos buenísimos, tortilla de patata para chuparse los dedos, un servicio excelente, buena música con frecuencia en español... ¡¡No me canso de repetir!! 100% recomendable.
Edito: 6 años después de mi primera reseña, sigo diciendo lo mismo.
Pero es que el otro día descubrí su nuevo brunch de los domingos y... ????.
De verdad, tenéis que probar esos churros caseros con su chocolatito espeso.
